Most of us have friends of the opposite or/and same sex. This usually doesn’t mean we have sex with them. However a friendship between two people may turn sometimes into casual relationship that allows sexual intercourse, in other word they become ‘friends with benefits’. A casual relationship is a physical and emotional relationship between two people who may have a sexual relationship or a near-sexual relationship without necessarily demanding or expecting a more formal romantic relationship. Motives for casual relationships vary, and should be distinguished from casual sex, which is a specific type of casual relationship.
